All our student homes that require to be licensed in accordance with the 2004 Housing Act have been granted such licences (HMO), which means Birmingham City Council has inspected and assessed our properties and granted a license confirming our student accommodation is well managed and maintained and offers adequate living space.

Here at Sick in a Bucket we are trying to increase our service to our clients, one of the many request we had last year was can we provide a weekly cleaner, we now have a cleaner who can offer weekly/fortnightly and monthly cleans to suit your requirements. We are always open to new requests please forward any requests on to us.

All our student homes include the following;

  • 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • All deposits covered under insurance based tenancy deposit protection scheme (Government approved)
  • S.I.A.B available from Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm
  • (ONLY CALL or TEXT OUT OF WORKING HOURS IN EMERGENCY)
  • In house team of fully trained tradesmen for maintenance and repairs
  • Every Student Property fitted with alarm system

  • No Agency Letting Fees included in rent
