| What else do I have to pay for? |
You are responsible for all the utilities including gas, electricity and water rates unless you have an all inclusive package.
| When can I move in? |
You can move in on the first day of your tenancy. However, we do need prior notice from you as to when you plan to move in. This is because all our properties need to be fully cleaned and maintained to the desired standard and we need to schedule this in.
| What about insurance? |
We insure the property and our contents but we advise all students to have their own insurance policy for their own possessions. Bedroom doors are locked individually by yourself.
| Can the landlord agent be contacted in the evening or weekend? |
We are available all the time.
| What happens if something goes wrong in the house? |
We have a number of employed tradesmen who will respond within 24 hours when a problem occurs.
| What about repairs? |
We are responsible for internal and external repairs. Students only pay if the breakdown or repair is due to negligence or misuse. Please let us know if there are any problems and contact us immediately for all emergencies.
